Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy: Once your booking is submitted, one of our expert mechanics will contact the seller or dealership the same afternoon or evening to arrange the inspection. If the inspection cannot proceed (for example, if the vehicle has been sold or you decide not to continue), you may choose to transfer your payment to another inspection or request a full refund, provided the cancellation is made at least 2 hours before the scheduled inspection. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the booking time will incur an $80 late cancellation fee to cover travel and scheduling costs, or you may choose to transfer the payment to a future inspection. If the inspector has already commenced travel or arrived at the inspection location, the booking becomes non-refundable. A $30 processing fee applies to all approved refunds. Prices may vary depending on the vehicle’s location, particularly for inspections conducted outside the Sydney metropolitan area.
