Nature and Scope of the Inspection
- This is a visual, non-mechanical inspection using accepted industry methods.
- No components will be dismantled, removed, or disassembled.
- The inspection is limited to a visual assessment of the vehicle’s condition at the time of inspection.
- It is not a mechanical diagnosis, not a roadworthy certificate, and not a guarantee of future performance.
Where accessible and visible, the inspection may include: Body, Interior, Exterior, Electrical Systems, Engine Systems, Cooling System, Exhaust System, Braking System, Fuel System, Steering & Suspension, Safety Systems, Transmission, Final Drive, Chassis, Understructure, and a road test (where possible and permitted).
While every effort is made to identify potential issues, the inspection is non-invasive and visual only. Hidden, internal, or developing defects may not be detected.

- Cancellations:
- More than 24 hours before the scheduled inspection: full refund or transfer to a future inspection.
- Within 24 hours: $100 cancellation fee.
- Once the inspection is completed, the booking is non-refundable.
- Inspection prices may vary depending on the vehicle’s location, especially for bookings outside Sydney.
- We reserve the right to update or amend this policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time your booking is confirmed will apply.
Purpose of the Inspection Report
- The inspection report is for informational purposes only.
- It represents the vehicle’s observable condition at the time of inspection and should not be relied upon as a guarantee, valuation, or warranty.
- The report is not a recommendation to purchase or reject the vehicle.
- Any decision to buy, sell, or negotiate based on the report is made solely by the client.
