The inspector is licensed under the NSW Authorised Inspection Scheme (AIS). However, Premier Vehicle Inspection does not issue roadworthy or registration certificates, including:

• eSafety (Pink Slips)
• AUVIS (Blue Slips)

Our services are strictly for pre-purchase vehicle inspections only.

This is a visual, non-mechanical vehicle inspection. No components will be dismantled, removed, or disassembled during this process.

By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• The inspection is limited to a visual assessment of the vehicle’s condition at the time and date of the inspection. It is not a mechanical diagnosis, not a roadworthy certificate, and not a guarantee of future performance.
• The inspection may include the following areas, where accessible and visible: Body, Interior, Exterior, Electrical Systems, Engine Systems, Cooling System, Exhaust System, Braking System, Fuel System, Steering & Suspension, Safety Systems, Transmission, Final Drive, Chassis, Understructure, and a road test (where possible and permitted).
• While we use accepted industry methods to identify potential issues, the inspection is non-invasive and visual-only. Therefore, we cannot detect all existing or future faults, including hidden or developing problems.
• The inspection report is provided for informational purposes only and should not be taken as a recommendation to purchase or reject a vehicle. Any decision to proceed with a purchase is made solely by the client.
• Neither the inspector nor the company shall be liable for:
• Defects or faults not visible at the time of inspection;
• The outcome of any negotiation, sale, or transaction related to the vehicle;
• Disputes between buyers, sellers, or third parties;
• Any financial or consequential losses, including (but not limited to) loss of use, business interruption, profit, or data;
• The accuracy or completeness of the inspection report, beyond what is reasonable under a visual inspection.
• All services are provided subject to applicable consumer and trade laws. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is strictly limited.
