Booking, Payment, Cancellation & Refund Terms

Full payment is required to secure your inspection booking. Requested dates and times are not confirmed until payment is received. Unpaid slots may be offered to another customer.

Once payment is received, a qualified mechanic will contact the seller or dealership within 24–48 hours to arrange the inspection.

Cancellations:

  • More than 24 hours before the scheduled inspection: full refund or transfer to a future inspection.
  • Within 24 hours: $100 cancellation fee.

Once the inspection is completed, the booking is non-refundable.

Inspection prices may vary depending on the vehicle’s location, especially for bookings outside Sydney.

We reserve the right to update or amend this policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time your booking is confirmed will apply.
